the weather has thrown a monk wreeyh in convention plans. thunderstorms moving the site of president obama's thursday evening speech. due to a potential for severe weather thursday night, the president's speech has been moved from bank of america stadium to the time warner cable arena. the venue for the first two nights of the convention. now 65,000 had credentials to be in the open arena, which is carolina panthers stadium. they are being told they shouldn't plan to attend tomorrow night in that arena. president obama arrives in charlotte today and we are learning that he will not do a walk through at the time warner center this afternoon. he was scheduled to do one at the bank of america stadium today. we are learning from the obama camp, even the balloon drop, all important balloon drop iconic of those moments may be in jeopardy. the decision for the venue switch made just in the last few hours. joining me from the convention site is ben labolt, national press secretary for the obama campaign. >> thanks for having me. >> let's get to the breaking news about the fact that the speech will
